  • It is located on the second floor of the Grand Hyatt Nashville. General Session will be held in Grand Hall DE.

  • Yes, there is valet parking. As well as parking lots nearby. Please note on registration if parking will be needed. We are working on getting the best cost as we can.

  • Yes, there will be 3 breakfasts, 2 lunches, 2 receptions, and refreshments throughout the day.

  • We work on having all food gluten free. There will be vegetarian and vegan options. Any allergens will be notated on the buffet meal cards.

  • There’s no strict dress code, so feel free to wear anything from exercise wear and jeans to business casual attire.

Exhibitors and Sponsorships

  • Yes, slides will be available online before the conference begins, recordings + slides will be sent a about a month after the conference ends. Slides + recordings are included in your ticket price.

  • At the conference find anyone from the events team and we’re happy to receive feedback. A survey will also be sent out after the conference ends.

  • Look out for emails with updates on happenings, attend our virtual and in-person events throughout the year, and speak to your territory rep.
