Body, Mind, and Spirit Yoga
Whether you are an experienced yogi or just starting out, this practice will be attainable and beneficial; packed with modifications and/or advanced options. This yoga session is the whole package; body, mind, spirit. Not only will you get to move your body, but you will feel a release mentally and a deeper connection to yourself. This practice starts off with grounding and breath, moving into warm up, core and body openers. Then hitting a movement portion and ending with balance, wind down and savasana.
About Gretchen
Meet Gretchen, your yoga, meditation and mindfulness enthusiast. She was born and raised in Wyoming and came to AZ for college in 2002. This is when Gretchen started her personal yoga practice, strictly for the physical benefits. Fast forward 10 years or so, her yoga practice took a deeper turn. Her journey overcoming alcoholism led her to finding the mind, spirit part of yoga and meditation. Sober since May 26, 2016, Gretchen knows without a shadow of a doubt, that this practice has saved her life and it is her purpose on this planet to help others (struggling from addiction or not) find inner peace and unwavering self love. She started Grateful Yogini in 2017 and has developed many useful tools to aid in this process since then.
